      EDIT Consulting is an organization of qualified management professionals, skilled in the area of improving organizational health, processes and management effectiveness.  Our consultants use the prevailing ideas and tools of systems thinking in their approach to client problems, and merges these with other relevant organizational development,  management and human behavior principles to provide a service that combines professional skills and knowledge in systematic business application.

             is an Organization Development consultant, specializing in process intervention and improvement. He has over 20 year’s of operations and management experience in the transportation/ logistics industry and has served as a management facilitator in a successful process intervention project, within a major transportation company.  He has headed and implemented numerous process improvement projects during his many years in the transportations industry. 

                 Larry serves as Senior Consultant and President of EDIT Consulting.  His consulting practice emphasizes exploring systematic issues in organization behavior and communications processes to improve  employee relationships and organizational interdependence.  Utilizing systems theory concepts, his consulting team helps organizations to develop personnel and implement change strategies that transforms conflict,  and increases the organization’s health and efficiencies, resulting in improved processes.

                 Larry currently serves as a Adjunct Faculty Instructor of business courses for the University of Phoenix. He has served as facilitator/ counselor at ACCS helping adults to recognize and change the negative systematic patterns and events that have occurred within their lives and have contributed negatively toward their financial well being. 

                 He has over four years of study in Business Education from University of  Toledo and holds a BSBM and a Masters Degree in Organizational Management.

 

Menya Cole

           Is a solutions—oriented Facilitator/ Trainer of anger management, who specializes in interpersonal communications, conflict resolution, and cultural diversity.   As a graduate from Hope International University, Fullerton, California, Menya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development.  She’s currently studying to receive her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Chapman University, Orange California.

           Menya serves as facilitator/intervention specialist with Edit Consulting.  Her many experiences in counseling has provided her with comprehensive knowledge and skills in the development of training curriculums; in addition to, the ability to deliver professional level instruction to a diverse population of adults and youths, in the area of , anger management,  conflict resolution, and diversity.

                 Menya has worked as a Anger Management Instructor for at- risk- youth, enabling them to effectively develop competent communications alternatives in personal problem solving.  She’s also worked as a ILP coordinator and Pride Facilitator, where she’s facilitated workshops for Foster parents and youth in anger management, communications, diversity and life skills.  Menya’s broad  experiences,  and exposure to cultural differences, allows her to work exceptionally well with all types of groups, organizations and their employees.

                 As chief executive officer of FluxFlow, Dwayne sets the company’s strategic direction and leads initiatives to strengthen FluxFlow’s leadership in delivering world-class business and technology solutions for our clients.  Dwayne spends a significant part of his time with clients, advising them of ways to deliver strategic business solutions through the application of new technologies and systematic management science techniques.

                 FluxFlow a technology arm of EDIT Consulting, has helped more than 30 organizations make more effective and more efficient operating decisions by leveraging advanced internet solutions, business forecasting models, demand/capacity optimization models, and business process improvement studies.

                 Dwayne also teaches a MBA course on Quantitative Methods of Business Decision Making at the School of Business & Industry (SBI) at Florida A&M University.  As Professor, Dwayne’s research interest is in the area of business strategy and technology development with a focus on:

• e-Business integration strategies of small and start-up firms.

• Integrated Business and Technology planning and

• Business Intelligence: frameworks and methodologies for measuring business  performance.

                 Dwayne holds an M.S in Management Information Systems from Florida State University, an M.B.A in strategy and operations management from Florida A&M University’s School of Business and Industry and a B.S in Actuarial Science.
